In 2003, while recovering from an accident during SARS, Rachel wrote a story called Rosie & the Beasties.
In Spring of 2020, as COVID hit, Rachel revisited the story and asked RILTS alumni and artist extraordinaire Cecil Libbey if he’d be interested in collaborating. He said yes! Look for this self-published book Spring 2021.
